About The Position

FEDITC, LLC is a fast-growing business supporting DoD and other intelligence agencies worldwide. FEDITC develops mission critical national security systems throughout the world directly supporting the Warfighter, DoD Leadership, & the country. We are proud & honored to provide these services. FEDITC is seeking a Configuration Manager to work in the Hampton, VA area. A United States Citizenship and an active TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience maintaining hardware and software configurations, hardware accountability, software and hardware licensing and maintenance agreement terminology.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
  • Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily systems integration, support, management, and control of all software, hardware, system, and network configurations associated with the enterprise.
  • Provide systems integration management, planning, and implementation support.
  • Identify, map, account, and record all network and information processing system components, devices, and hardware configurations.
  • Distribute, manage, track, and account for all software applications in accordance with licensing and maintenance contracts.
  • Coordinate collaborative activities among the various sites.
  • Organize and support all configuration management activities, including but not limited to the following activities: configuration identification, weapon system equipment management, release management, change control, and configuration audits.
  • Ensure changes are approved and processed to ensure integrity.
  • Draft and edit configuration management policies for hardware and software; support customers with developing requirements and project scope.
  • Develop and maintain database documentation displaying network, system locations, and serial numbers for network security accreditation.
  • Ensure systems are in compliance with established policies and directives.
  • Other support duties as needed/directed.
