We are hiring a Configuration Manager focused on PLM/PDM architecture and implementation to lead the technical buildout of our Teamcenter environment and the digital thread that spans design, engineering, manufacturing, and sustainment. This role is responsible for deep technical development in Teamcenter—including data model customization, integrations, and scripting—as well as the overall strategy for how product data flows across tools and teams. The ideal candidate has been a Teamcenter administrator or developer and understands how PDM systems fit within broader engineering and manufacturing environments. You should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development, partnering with IT and engineering, and driving long-term architecture while shipping incremental improvements every sprint.
