About The Position

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Engineering Aide to support configuration management and engineering operations for a major aerospace program. This position is suited for individuals who are organized, collaborative, and eager to learn structured engineering processes and tools. Candidates with an engineering foundation—whether gained through education, hands‑on experience, technical projects, or similar backgrounds—are encouraged to apply. The team values initiative, communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a structured environment.

Requirements

Background in engineering, technical documentation, systems, or related disciplines (via education and/or experience).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities for collaboration across technical teams.
Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and engineering workflows quickly.

Nice To Haves

Experience with PLM/ERP/CM tools such as Teamcenter, Enovia, PDM, SAP, or Macola.
Exposure to engineering change control processes or documentation management.
Certifications in configuration management (e.g., CMPIC, CMII).

Responsibilities

Support configuration management (CM) processes to maintain consistency across hardware, software, and system documentation.
Assist in tracking and managing engineering documentation, design changes, and project assets.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other teams to support accurate documentation and change control workflows.
Learn and utilize CM tools such as Teamcenter, Macola EM10, or similar systems (training provided).
