Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new tools and use them including SharePoint, SharePoint based tools, PDM, and Sunflower.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting U.S. Government customers.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management principles.
  • Experience supporting internal and/or external customers.
  • Proven ability to successfully multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to multiple change analysts and program teams on the JSF, MADL, and TR3 programs.
  • Assist in documenting and tracking all aspects of hardware and/or software development and modification.
  • Perform configuration management, data management or a combination of both.
  • Create and document baselines using engineering design drawings, parts lists, code or other items.
  • Verify authorization for and incorporate all changes or additions to baselines.
  • Log, file and track all necessary drawings, documents, lists and various other items.
  • Generate a variety of standard reports.
  • Track location of hardware/software to incorporate future changes and additions.
  • Support manufacturing through shipping via document creation and delivery to customer.
  • Create SDRL baseline schedules from new contracts, report and track due items, prepare and deliver required SDRL documentation.
  • Support the sustainment, repair, and upgrade processes for the program hardware's lifecycle.
