About The Position
Description Note: This position is for a future program that has not been awarded yet. ProSync is seeking a passionate Configuration Management Specialist I to support configuration control processes across hardware, software, and documentation baselines. This role ensures accurate tracking, release management, and lifecycle control of all configuration items. Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in configuration management.
- Experience with Navy-based operations preferred.
- A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and control hardware inventory, documentation, and product releases.
- Support software configuration management activities.
- Work with the Configuration Control Board to define and implement release procedures.
- Provide guidance on change management and configuration processes.
- Ensure configuration integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
