The Configuration Associate is an important role in the Client Implementation and Program Delivery (CIPD) department at TurningPoint. This role is responsible for the overall development, maintenance, and coordination of written correspondence templates and the system configuration for automated generation of these templates for all clients across all lines of business; supporting timely written notification required as a part of our client programs.. Responsible for template document management and the process by which notification is to be triggered in our systems. This role also helps to ensure quality of our internal systems by performing tests on software products before their release to other employees as part of an end-to-end user acceptance testing that may also include partner testing with clients during implementation.
