Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for a Configuration and Data Manager who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Targets and Countermeasures program office. This individual will cover multiple programs, developing and refining the capabilities of the MDA target systems ​built to test missile defense systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project
• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance
• Understanding configuration management tools suites
• Experience using MS Teams environment to control data items and team management
• Application of AI technologies
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and produce and present clear, concise, well-organized, and audience-relevant presentations and documents.
• Reviewing system engineering documentation to ensure specifications meet system needs and are accurate
• Can work independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks
• Experience working in a configuration-controlled environment and ensuring proper levels of handling are applied to items

• Familiarity with MDA configuration management tools and process
• Familiarity with MDA and system engineering processes
• Familiarity with Targets and Countermeasures program office and/or MDA & DoD programs and processes

Responsibilities

• Maintain all program data (Classified/Unclassified files, reports, briefings, drawings, and documentation)
• Manage data (Receipt, dissemination and tracking of MDA development data)
• Support major reviews (Set up, objective evidence tracking, briefing material preparation, conduct of meeting, and minutes/action items)
• Manage contract data (CDRL Receipt, Dissemination, Tracking, and Forecasting)
• Support prime contractor configuration control board (CCB Receipt and Tracking of Change Requests, Meeting Minutes, Supporting Data)
• Maintain Integrated Data Environment (Serve as admin and lead for MDA SharePoint and Shared Drive collaboration tools/repository)
• Maintain Lessons Learned database (Creation, staffing, storage, and dissemination of LLs to Gov’t/Industry)
• Perform other duties as assigned
