About the position

ECS is seeking a skilled Configuration and Data Management Analyst to join our team at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and consistency of software configurations and data throughout their lifecycle, supporting successful deployments, and maintaining robust documentation and standards. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain software configuration and data lifecycle standards to ensure consistency and data integrity across various deployments.
• Conduct regular audits of systems and repositories to verify the status and composition of the evolving technical baseline for SSC/BCC.
• Perform risk assessments related to configuration and data management and provide status reports on the baseline.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and government guidelines for electronic product delivery, including appropriate naming conventions, classification handling, version control, and metadata management.
• Work with teams to ensure proper data management practices are followed, facilitating efficient file storage, knowledge management, and retrieval.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience
• Secret Clearance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with Configuration Management Tools
• Experience with Software Configuration Management
