The Configuration and Change Management Assistant is responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of configuration data for CIS assets across hardware, software, and network components. Reporting to the Configuration/Change Management Lead, the contractor ensures that all configuration items (CIs) and their relationships are properly documented, audited, and updated in line with Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) procedures and NCIA standards. This role supports the full lifecycle of change management, from request through implementation and documentation, ensuring minimal service disruption and continuous improvement.
