The Configuration Management and Data Management (CMDM) organization is responsible for ensuring our products are under configuration control and delivered on time. The CMDM Organization consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. The Sensors, Surveillance, and Space Configuration Management (SSS) department is looking for an individual to perform the role of a Configuration Analyst. This position is in Andover, MA (On-site)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding Internships).
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Word, Excel).
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Secret

Nice To Haves

  • Experience related to Configuration management and customer support.
  • Develops technical solutions to complex problems.
  • Contributes to the completion of projects; ability to obtain results and make recommendations.
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to proactively interface with team.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Apply and administer established Configuration Management (CM) procedures and processes for Configuration Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, and Configuration Verification and Audits.
  • Coordination of Configuration Documentation, Change Requests, Initial Release establishing configuration baseline / Changes to the Configuration baseline, ensuring Status Accounting Integrity maintenance of the technical data package.
  • Participation in control / administration in the review/disposition of Configuration documentation and changes to the established configuration baseline.
  • Establishes procedures for and implements the introduction of changes to engineering documents for an assigned program.
  • Ensure integrity of the Configuration Documentation supporting the reviewers (engineering, quality, support, manufacturing), and that customer requirements are implemented.
