About The Position

The Leave Configuration Analyst is responsible for the implementation set up and maintenance of employee benefits products with emphasis on supporting disability and leave, ensuring quality standards and configuration timelines are met. Please Note: This position allows remote work from home but will require travel to our Voya office as business requires. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius from your assigned office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of insurance knowledge and product plan design
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to meet required deadlines and goals.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work during peak seasons.
  • Requires critical thinking, problem solving and technical experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Completes system configuration for new clients, products, services, and amendments and including, data review and analysis against system and product requirements.
  • Participate in implementation meetings; contribute to problem solving for complex products within system requirements
  • Understands how system rules affect all departments have advance understanding of system integrations between administration and claims system for leave administration
  • Collaborate and problem solve effectively with business partners
  • Coordinate deadlines and work cross-functionally with data teams to meet file processing expectations and deadlines
  • Independently prioritize work with understanding for customer needs and impact across the Voya ecosystem
  • Process mass administration system data changes and monitoring accounts and reports for accuracy.
  • Run data extracts and ad hoc reports.
  • Participate on project teams and process enhancements, including coordinating and completing user acceptance testing.
