Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5-9 years of related expeirence
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
  • Must be able to secure Program access approval

  • Articulate solution ideas with clarity with good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience conducting formal Root Cause Analysis and implementing Corrective Action

  • Experience auditing or working within an audit team to confirm document approvals and process analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and coordinate implementation of policies, processes, practices, procedures, standards, and specifications for the development, test, manufacture, and production of products, systems, or equipment in accordance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply business and management principles to deploy processes in compliance with customer, company and regulatory requirements including control of product configuration, management of product configuration information, and maintenance of configuration accountability records.
  • Implement, plan, and manage changes to product configurations and product configuration information.
  • Verify that product configuration, subcontract deliverables, and prime contract deliverables are in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Review and coordinate with other disciplines, customers, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to monitor compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply knowledge of external standards development organizations (e.g. SAE, ASME, DOD, etc.) and the company’s internal governance structures, policies, and procedures.
