Confidence Lab Instructor
About The Position
We are looking for 4 enthusiastic people who get genuinely excited about building confidence in kids. This is not a traditional sports or fitness role - our instructors teach real life skills through movement, play, and structured activities. If you light up around kids and love seeing them grow, we want to hear from you. We are hiring one instructor in each of these areas so you can work close to home: Westlake Brecksville Lyndhurst Akron Our curriculum is built around 5 core pillars that guide every class: Emotional Regulation - helping kids name, understand, and manage their emotions Social Skills & Friendships - teamwork, communication, and building real connections Confidence & Self-Esteem - small wins, positive self-talk, and embracing challenges Physical Confidence - movement, coordination, balance, and safe risk-taking Focus & Follow Through - goal setting, persistence, and finishing what they start Part-time, flexible hours - a few hours per week $26.00 per hour Full lesson plans and curriculum provided - no prep work on your own Training and ongoing support from our team Ages 3–12 across three program levels
