About The Position

Kinetic Events Staffing is now hiring for the 2026 Boston Event Season. We are building a consistent team of professionals to support a series of high-profile conferences and large-scale events at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center this spring and summer. We are looking for reliable, tech-savvy event staff who want to be part of our core Boston team. Our staff handles essential front-of-house operations including registration, way finding, session scanning, and general conference support Scheduled Event Dates: April Dates: Monday, April 16th, 2026 Tuesday, April 17th, 2026 Wednesday, April 18th, 2026 Thursday, April 19th, 2026 May Dates: Monday, May 11th, 2026 Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 Wednesday, May 13th, 2026 Thursday, May 14th , 2026 Friday, May 15th, 2026 August Dates: Saturday, August 1st, 2026 Sunday, August 2nd, 2026 Monday. August 3rd. 2026 Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 Wednesday, August 5th, 2026 Thursday, August 6th, 2026 Shift & Pay Details Shift times will typically be 5-11 hours in length. Pay is $23/hour - we pay weekly

Requirements

Must have a background in front-facing customer service roles.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 5-11 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
Must have proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor, appearance, and actions while on the job.
Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.

Nice To Haves

Previous events or hospitality experience is preferred.
