The Conference Services Student Assistant will assist a variety of external groups utilizing College property for their events under the jurisdiction of the Office of Conference Services and under direct supervision of a College staff member. The role involves setting up tables, chairs, and other event equipment, as well as helping external groups use the College venues in accordance with a pre-arranged plan and consistent with common safe practices. The assistant may also manage event attendees and assist with other event management tasks as needed, serving as a distinguished representative of North Central College at events.
