Under the supervision of the Director of Catering and Conferences Services, professionally and accurately coordinates the activities of the hotel’s various departments for all Corporate & Association groups, social group events, day groups and special events and handle small group events assigned by the Director. This position is a management position and must be able to work flexible hours. They will act as a liaison between the client and the hotel staff from planning, through the function to follow-up post departure.
