About The Position

The Conference Services & Group Dining Manager holds a strategically critical, dual‑portfolio leadership role with accountability for driving private dining revenue for Veranda during business operations, overseeing high‑profile private events within the Penthouse Suite, and advancing the execution of wholesale group business initiatives in partnership with the Conference Services team. Serving as a central liaison to clients and senior cross‑functional partners—including Sales, Operations, and Culinary—the manager ensures the delivery of an exceptional guest experience, flawless event execution, and sustained revenue growth across all assigned business lines.

Requirements

  • exemplary communication skills
  • minimum of three to five years of experience in service-focused food and beverage roles, inclusive of supervisory and managerial responsibilities
  • A college degree is required
