Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until June 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first). Job Summary: Serve as the first line of department contact, which includes assisting on-site group leaders and guests, monitoring the department email inbox, answering phone calls, coordinating with resort operations as requested, and sending reports. This position also entails working with external clients and internal managers to plan multiple events involving food and beverage, setups, audio-visual, resort activities, restaurant reservations, and other client requests. This position is also meant to train and prepare the Conference Services Assistant to progress into a Conference Services/Catering Manager.
