About The Position

Conference Registration Partners (CRP) are client-facing and focused on driving increased utilization of outstanding tickets that are issued to Gartner clients or are purchased stand alone. This allows the Conference Attendance Sales associate (CAS) to spend their time on revenue generating activities which will result in increased CAS sales and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0-4 years of business experience OR entry-level with strong internship experience
  • Experience working with senior level executives preferred
  • Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives
  • Teachable, flexible, and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
  • Able to demonstrate integrity, drive and natural curiosity

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain CAS and Research Account Executive relationships within territory
  • Conduct Account Planning sessions with account team
  • Work with ticketholders to align them to the proper conference based on their role and initiatives, help them get registered and plan their conference agenda
  • During ticketholder conversations, uncover potential upsell opportunities and ask for referrals to forward on to the CAS
  • CRP associates will be primarily measured on the level of increased ticket utilization
