What You Will Do Collaborate directly with clients to craft detailed, unforgettable event experiences. Lead banquet coordination by managing timely BEO creation and distribution. Drive revenue through upselling opportunities and proactive communication with clients. Monitor guestroom blocks and ensure contracts are on track to avoid attrition charges. Manage payments from start to finish, ensuring every invoice is clear and accurate. Show up and shine: lead site tours, join pre- and post-event meetings, and be there for event execution. Support the Sales and Marketing team with sales activities and revenue checks. What We Are Looking For 2+ years of event services experience – You’ve seen it all and can handle anything with grace. Strong technology skills – You know your way around BEOs, diagramming tools, and CRM systems—because details matter. Flexible and adaptable – Events don’t stick to a 9–5. Exceptional communicator – You’re clear, concise, and can calm a frazzled planner with a single sentence. Understanding of group and social event segments – Because every event type deserves personalized care.
