About The Position

The position involves cutting tenders using a knife while ensuring that no excess meat is cut off. Once trained, the team member will be expected to meet the company's production requirements. There may be instances where additional cutting or trimming is necessary, requiring the use of scissors or knives. Throughout these tasks, constant focus and concentration are essential to promote food safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Good personal hygiene and adherence to local, state, and federal health codes and standards.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Constant focus and concentration required to ensure a quality product and safety.
