Requirements
- Luxury Hotel and Residential building is highly preferred
- Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents/instructions, correspondence and memos
- Ability to work with computer, phones, email correspondent, coordinate, multi task and respond in professional manner
- Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbal and written
- Second language proficiency strongly preferred
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand for extended period.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to interact, understand resident inquiries and provide responses
- Ability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate business demands
- Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision
- The employee must be able lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
Nice To Haves
