Requirements

Must be self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
You must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must possess a valid Drivers License.
Must obtain a CPO (Certified Pool Operators License) within one year of employment.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. On a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.
Talking and hearing occur continuously in communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.
High school or equivalent education preferred.
Minimum two years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a resort environment.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of all association property and equipment, upkeep of the pools/spa, and common areas.
Check and maintain pool chemical levels.
Perform scheduled inspections on building equipment and buildings, maintain storerooms and pump rooms.
Perform Monthly HVAC preventive maintenance, and assist with custodial duties as needed.
Assist with in-house painting projects during the off season
Be able to diagnose issues with fire alarm systems and fire pumps and be able to contact the fire alarm/pump company when necessary.
Have a basis understanding of the operation of lift stations.
Keep parking lots clean.
Must be able to perform janitorial type work on a daily basis
Handle to the landscaping at this property
Have a basic understanding of irrigation systems for the bushes, grass etc.
Assist with determining water leaks within units and turn over to the proper department and/or Rental Company.
Must be able to walk the roofs to keep the drains clean.
Perform scheduled inspections on building equipment and buildings, maintain storerooms and pump rooms.
Perform Monthly HVAC preventive maintenance, and assist with custodial duties, as needed.
This position requires being available after hours for emergency calls when necessary
