About The Position

Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to
carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to
resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and
efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer
service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good
driving record. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
• General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
• Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
• Good driving record (required)
