Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Supports digital connectivity device registrations in various applications which includes Dealer Service Portal, Equipment Data, Dealer Maintence Tool and Powerfleet. Receive Product Link issue requests from internal personnel and customers, investigate the root causes by reviewing internal systems, communicating hardware repair requests with our technical team, and syncing data within those systems. Support Electronic Data record creation using Dealer Busniess tool and the UMC1400 function that supports all connectivty platforms. Support for review of Electronic Maintenace Tool for non-reporting for Product Link reporting issues for machines under Premium Maintenace Agreements and Total Maintenace and Repair Agreements. Support Product improvement program, Fluid Analysis and Product Link support team by assisting adding and removing assets to and from log to maintain timeliness of services. Maintains and controls company property and resources in a manner to ensure cleanliness, reliability, and minimal expense. Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring, service department, and product support personnel (e.g. SOS LAB, PSSR, MSR and ISR). Performs other duties as assigned.
