A day in the life: 

The Promotional Claims Accrual Supervisor will oversee month- and quarter-end
close related to Customer promotional plans, work cross-functionally with
Accounting Leadership, Revenue Growth Management, and Sales to ensure accuracy &
timeliness of the accrual, and providing support to the Accrual Manager,
Director-Promotional Claims, and Controller-North America, as needed.

The impact you'll make:

Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Business, or related field of study
• Between 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Between 1-3 years of experience in SAP & Concur (Expense Reporting)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, 10 Key by touch.
• Fluent in written/spoken English. Knowledge of Spanish and/or Mandarin a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Validate expense reports in accordance with company policy.
• Train and coach Concur staff, including updating training material for staff.
• Audit posted expenses within Oversight.
• Identify issues and process improvements for management review and other duties as assigned.
