About The Position

Highway 19 Construction LLC is seeking to fill 30 temporary full-time positions for Concrete Workers/Laborers in various counties including Camp, Delta, Fannin, and others. The role involves preparing sites for concrete pouring, operating tools, and performing physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. The position starts on February 28, 2025, and ends on November 20, 2025, with a pay range of $19.47 to $21.47 per hour, and potential for overtime and performance-based raises.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience with concrete work and operating hand/power tools is preferred.

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site for concrete pouring.
• Set forms for concrete and dig trenches up to 3 ft deep and 10 ft wide.
• Finish concrete surfaces and operate hand/power tools.
• Remove forms from finished slabs and clean up sites.
• Load and unload tools, supplies, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Stand, sit, or walk extensively, with frequent stooping or bending and repetitive movements.
