About The Position

Highway 19 Construction LLC is seeking 15 Concrete Worker/Laborer positions for a temporary, full-time role. The job involves preparing sites for concrete pouring, setting forms, digging trenches, finishing concrete surfaces, and operating hand/power tools. Workers will be required to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Physical stamina for extensive standing, sitting, or walking.
• Capability to perform frequent stooping or bending and repetitive movements.
• Willingness to undergo a post-hire drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in construction or labor-intensive roles.
• Familiarity with concrete work and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site for concrete pouring.
• Set forms for concrete.
• Dig trenches using shovels with a maximum depth of 3 ft and width of 10 ft.
• Finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Remove forms from finished slabs.
• Clean up work sites.
• Load and unload tools and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
