About The Position

Highway 19 Construction LLC is seeking to fill 30 temporary full-time positions for Concrete Workers/Laborers in various counties including Camp, Delta, Fannin, and others. The role involves preparing sites for concrete pouring, operating tools, and performing physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. The position starts on February 28, 2025, and ends on November 20, 2025, with a pay range of $19.47 to $21.47 per hour, and potential for overtime and performance-based raises.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.
• Experience with concrete work or construction preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site for concrete pouring.
• Set forms for concrete.
• Dig trenches using shovels with a maximum depth of 3 ft and width of 10 ft.
• Finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Remove forms from finished slabs.
• Clean up work sites.
• Load and unload tools and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
