Requirements

• Strong work ethic, this is hands-on, physical work
• Reliability, being on time is non-negotiable
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working outdoors and in changing conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active all day
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete cutting and core drilling operations
• Set up, maintain, and clean equipment on job sites
• Manage slurry control and job site cleanliness
• Load and organize tools and materials
• Learn equipment operation from experienced operators
• Support the crew to keep jobs running efficiently
