About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating commercial vehicles and machinery, with a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves operating and maintaining concrete pumps, driving commercial vehicles to construction sites, and assisting in the installation of concrete structures.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years concrete pump experience
• Must be able to operate Manual transmission
• Prior experience in commercial driving and operating commercial vehicles
• Proficiency in mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with concrete pump operations and concrete installation processes
• General knowledge of Department of Transportation rules and regulations, vehicle safety, concrete material handling, equipment maintenance, vehicle weight capacities, road weight limits, and basic GPS navigation
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain concrete pumps to transfer liquid concrete
• Safely drive and maneuver commercial vehicles to construction sites
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment
• Assist in the installation of concrete structures by pumping concrete into designated areas
• Learn to operate 130ft telebelt, large trailer pump, concrete placing booms, and laser screed machine
• Work occasional nights and weekends
• Communicate effectively in English; Spanish is a plus
