Summary: We are seeking a experienced responsible, reliable, and self-driven Concrete Pump Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the concrete pump at construction sites. The ideal candidate will perform basic equipment maintenance, track job metrics, and deliver excellent customer service. Punctuality and adherence to safety protocols are critical for effective collaboration with construction crews.

Requirements

Experience is preferred.
Able to pass a drug test.
Must be able to move materials and equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds
Repetitive use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation required
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, ladder and stair climbing and occasional crawling and twisting are a must to perform the basic functions of the job
Follow instructions as directed by foreman/superintendent.
Must be able to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment

Responsibilities

Safely operate concrete pumps (boom and line) as per project requirements.
Arrive on time and conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
Position pumps effectively for concrete placement.
Set up and break down equipment efficiently.
Maintain clear communication with crew and clients, providing excellent service.
Troubleshoot minor operational issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Accurately track concrete pumped and complete necessary documentation.
