About The Position

The Concrete Plant Operations Manager will be managing multiple batch plants to optimize concrete production, quality, and logistics. This role involves overseeing batch plant production, support, and administrative functions across multiple plants. The manager will provide business expertise in plant management and execute the business plan as a key member of the leadership team. The goal is to achieve sustainable earnings, streamline workflows, standardize processes, and foster a collaborative team environment to enhance productivity. The manager will drive continuous improvement efforts, optimize inventory networks, enhance plant line capacity, and improve process planning capabilities and systems. Additionally, the role includes supporting short and long-term improvement goals, enhancing delivery performance, flexibility, and availability, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality compliance, and creating a safe work environment while reducing costs and achieving excellence. The manager will also develop and manage financial budgets, optimize investments, and increase operational efficiency, oversee production, distribution, and customer service operations, and communicate the plant's vision, strategy, and objectives effectively.
