About The Position

Shelby Materials is a ready mix concrete and aggregate supplier located in Central and South Central Indiana. Shelby Materials is looking for an intense and driven person who likes variety and working at a fast pace to fill a role in our Plant Maintenance department.

Requirements

• Be Able to Work with Minimal Supervision, Self-Starter
• Mechanically Inclined Including: Power Transmissions, Conveyors, Controls, and Pneumatics
• Detail Oriented
• Welding Experience, Electrical Experience A Plus
• Troubleshoot Problems both Mechanical & Electrical
• Assertive/Persistent/Positive Attitude
• Flexible
• Communication Skills With Maintenance Team, Dispatchers, And Plant Personnel
• Concrete/Aggregate Experience Preferred
• Construction Industry Preferred
