About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Concrete Patcher to support production and finishing operations in a concrete manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for repairing, patching, and preparing concrete pipe products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments.

• Ability to work in manufacturing, production, or outdoor yard environments
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical labor in an industrial setting

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in concrete finishing, patching, masonry, or construction preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete patching and repair on concrete pipe during and after production
• Repair concrete pipe in the production kiln area
• Repair and inspect concrete pipe in the laydown yard before shipment
• Remove gaskets and popits and prepare materials for shipment
• Apply stenciling or markings to pipe products when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, removing concrete debris, wire, and other materials
• Assist with general production support and finishing tasks
• Complete additional duties or special projects as assigned by management
