The individual will manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The role involves supporting management and operations to prioritize various projects and responsibilities while maintaining a culture of discipline and effective communication. The candidate will gain knowledge of assigned project scopes, schedules, and deliverables, and assist in coordination between estimating, management, and project planning.

Requirements

• Knowledge of commercial concrete industry means and methods.
• Project scheduling and management skills.
• Leadership development and training experience.
• Higher education with an emphasis in business administration, architecture, construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering or similar with relevant field experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, manage to-do lists, and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support management/operation to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Maintain and promote a culture of discipline and effective communication.
• Promote/display operational leadership.
• Gain knowledge of all assigned project scopes, schedules, deliverables.
• Assist in coordination between estimating, management, and project planning.
• Assist with planning, leadership, and coordination of all upcoming and current projects.
• Fulfill projected requirements including submittal management, coordination, and project organization.
• Perform cost analysis, budget forecasting, estimating, and change order management.
• Lead/promote specific concrete operation focus.
