Responsibilities
- Adhere to Bartley "Safety Always" program
- Participate in Daily Huddles
- Assist Foreman / Leadman
- Prepare subgrade
- Set footing forms
- Excavate to footing subgrade
- Install footing assembly (bulkheads, rebar, sleeves, etc)
- Place and consolidate concrete
- Consolidate/Straighten concrete for levelness
- Remove forms and install safety measures
- Clean and organize jobsite and tools
