About The Position

Southeast Texas HR is looking for a skilled Concrete Construction Laborer to join our team in Vinton, LA. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as a team player. As a Concrete Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete products. This job will work up to 6 days a week and pay will be $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in concrete or construction or related field.
• Basic knowledge in using power tools such as saws and drills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Have transportation to and from Vinton, LA.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the job site before and after concrete work
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using a variety of hand tools and equipment
• Assist in the installation of concrete forms, scaffolds, and brackets
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools used on the job site
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
