About The Position

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Federal Medical Card.
  • Close vision may be required for some functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantle forms after use.
  • Dig ditches and level earth to grade specifications using picks, shovels, and rakes.
  • Grade dirt and concrete efficiently and accurately.
  • Mix concrete and mortar.
  • Clean construction site to eliminate possible hazards.
  • Assist in aligning, straightening, plumbing, and squaring forms for installation.
  • Understand current and changing ADA specifications and prepare compliant ramps.
  • Communicate effectively with inspectors and engineers.
  • Collaborate and teach crew members to restore ADA ramps.
  • Perform physically demanding work while exposed to outside weather conditions.
  • Lift up to 100 pounds on a daily basis.
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug testing as per company policy and regulations.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Work overtime as dictated by workload volumes.
  • Travel as determined by customer contracts.
