About The Position
Gardner Construction, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Entry-Level Concrete Installer to join our team in Bloomington, MN. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the construction industry, as no previous experience is required and comprehensive training will be provided. As an Entry-Level Concrete Installer, you will assist with various tasks related to concrete installation and repair, contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service to homeowners throughout the Twin Cities. In this role, you will be involved in site preparation, which includes setting up forms, barriers, and supports necessary for concrete work. You will help mix, pour, and finish concrete, ensuring that all work meets our quality standards. The position also requires performing general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, while adhering to safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized work environment. You will support experienced installers with concrete placement and finishing tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the process.
