Concrete Foreman
About The Position
The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring field crews while providing hands-on oversight and support for laborers, form setters, finishers, and equipment operators. This role will ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety standards by performing daily safety checks, resolving hazards, and overseeing the completion of Job Hazard Analysis forms. This position will also coordinate material calculations, equipment needs, and scheduling with superintendents to achieve project goals efficiently and safely. Additional responsibilities include managing documentation, verifying receipts, minimizing overtime, and completing comprehensive daily reports to support project success.
Requirements
- Min 5 years experience as Foreman
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position or industry or demonstrated exceptional job performance and leadership skills.
- Learn the position’s responsibilities within 30 days.
- Accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Continue your own education to improve job skills.
- Be able to operate small equipment such as walk behind saw, compactor, drills, skid steer, curb machine, circular saw, power trowels, laser, etc.
