As we continue to expand, were looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman in the Sioux Falls market. We are seeking motivated applicants to supervise and coordinate activities related to the concrete work while working to achieve and meet the master schedule deadlines and specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and physical exam

Responsibilities

• Supervising Workers : Supervise and oversee employees performing concrete trade to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Planning and Scheduling : Develop a schedule for the concrete portion of the work but within the over-all master schedule while working within budget for their portion of the work.
• Coordination of Materials and Equipment : Assist with material and equipment procurement to fit into schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards and specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and tasks.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise.
