Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and pouring of concrete for various construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Supervise the building of forms and frameworks for concrete structures, ensuring they are secure and properly aligned.
• Operate basic construction equipment as needed, including skid-steers, backhoes, compactors, and concrete saws.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workflow and maintain project timelines.
• Participate in site clean-up activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support construction management efforts by providing input on budgeting and estimating project costs.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project progress.
