About The Position

Training wages start at $21/hr, with no prior experience needed. Our pay scale ranges from $21 to $45 per hour depending on experience and training level. Expect a typical workweek of 40-55 hours, with Monday through Friday being the primary workdays. Weekend work is limited to only a few days per year, allowing you to enjoy your weekends. We also provide the opportunity for growth and advancement for those who demonstrate potential and a positive attitude. You will work with new equipment, including trucks and finishing machines, as we maintain and update our fleet to ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age per OSHA regulations
• Must be able to get to work each day in your own personal vehicle on time and stay for your entire shift
• E-Verify and drug test at hiring
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
