Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction processes.
• Proficiency in construction estimating and planning for materials needed.
• Experience with hardscape installation, including patios and walkways.
• Familiarity with various concrete finishing techniques and equipment operation.
• Knowledge of carpentry, including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing.
• Ability to perform plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and flooring installation.
• Competence in tile laying and caulking for seamless finishes.
• Experience with renovation projects that require attention to detail in restoration work.
• Capability of operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up work areas by clearing debris and ensuring safety measures are in place.
• Operate concrete mixers and other power tools to mix and pour concrete.
• Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks according to project specifications.
• Install rebar and other reinforcement materials as needed for structural integrity.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and dimensions.
• Use hand tools and heavy equipment safely to complete tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site activities, ensuring timely project completion.
• Conduct heavy lifting as required for material handling and installation tasks.
• Maintain a clean work environment by following proper disposal methods for waste materials.
