About The Position

We are currently hiring for concrete finishers in Charlotte, NC. As a concrete finisher you will be responsible for creating and finishing concrete surfaces on a variety of commercial sites including curbs, sidewalks and parking lots and has 1+ years experience. Pay is $20 - $23 per hour based on skill set and experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years concrete finishing experience
• In-depth knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Your own hand and power tools
• Weekends and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Set and align forms to the desired shape and grade.
• Prep surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling and ensuring proper forms are in place
• Assist in the mixing, pouring, and leveling of concrete
• Smooth and finish surfaces
• Apply curing compounds and other treatments to protect and enhance concrete surfaces
• Ensure finished work meets quality standards and local codes
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors to ensure timely project completion
