About The Position
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher / Concrete Carpenter for a project in Chadds Ford, PA. This role is ideal for skilled tradesmen with hands-on experience in pouring, finishing, and forming concrete, delivering quality results on commercial or industrial projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or Concrete Carpenter.
- Skilled in pouring, finishing, and forming concrete.
- Ability to read basic plans or follow verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screen and background check.
Responsibilities
- Pour, spread, and finish concrete for slabs, sidewalks, walls, and other structures.
- Build and set forms for concrete placement.
- Smooth, level, and shape surfaces to meet project specifications.
- Work closely with foremen, laborers, and other trades to maintain schedule and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain proper use of PPE and tools.
