The Concrete Estimator/Project Manager at Action Lawn & Landscape LLC is responsible for overseeing concrete installation projects from estimation to completion. This role involves developing marketing strategies, creating estimates, managing field operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement marketing strategies for concrete installation projects aimed at attracting potential commercial & residential customers.
Develop concrete estimates and sell new jobs.
Analyze property plans and complete take-offs for estimating purposes.
Bid the company's Concrete opportunities from the take-off to the final bid.
Contact subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes for inclusion in estimates.
Schedule and oversee field operations with production manager or general manager.
Inform office staff regarding invoicing schedule for all concrete projects.
Assist with billing for concrete projects to reflect actual job progress.
Conduct meetings with property owner, production manager, field staff and subcontractors.
Ensure that all extras are documented, approved by project owner, and billed accordingly.
Communicate progress on concrete projects to company management and field staff effectively.
Coordinate subcontractor work with production manager or general manager.
Create and maintain customer/job files.
Follow up with clients after contracts signed (on a regular basis).
Monitor commercial & residential customers' projects to ensure jobs are done according to company standards.
Conduct walk through with client & collect final payment if needed.
Willing to help with snow removal operations.

1 year of experience in concrete estimation or project management.
Strong analytical skills for property plan analysis and take-offs.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficient in creating and maintaining customer/job files.

Experience in marketing strategies for construction or landscaping services.
Familiarity with invoicing and billing processes in construction projects.

Competitive salary ranging from $70,860 to $97,760 per year.
