Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in construction preferred
• Ability to travel if needed

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for all concrete structures
• Create and review lift drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications
• Oversee all aspects of rebar management, including scheduling deliveries and supervising installation
• Coordinate concrete placement operations, including ordering concrete trucks and setting up pumps and other necessary equipment
• Supervise grade checking and formwork installation to ensure compliance with design elevations and safety standards
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance by managing third-party testing agencies and addressing any associated issues
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate logs of all concrete deliveries, placements, production metrics, and related activities
• Manage subcontractor performance, including rebar installers, flatwork masons, and other relevant trades, to ensure timely and quality execution of work
