About The Position
The Mixer Driver will safely and efficiently drive and operate a mixer unit, transporting concrete from the batch plant to specified job sites. This role is crucial in ensuring that concrete is delivered on time and in good condition, which is essential for the success of construction projects. The driver will be responsible for all functions related to concrete delivery, including the operation of the mixer truck, washing the mixer truck, and visually inspecting the concrete in the mixer to ensure it meets quality standards. The position requires adherence to safety policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe job site. The Mixer Driver will report directly to the Vice President of the company and will not have any supervisory responsibilities. Regular and timely attendance is essential for this role, as it directly impacts the workflow and efficiency of the operations.
